Sean Kelly, owner/operator of Lamperti Contracting and Design, began his construction career in 1987. By 1990, he obtained his California State Contractors License and Elite Builders Contracting Services in Marin County. Sean had the opportunity to purchase Lamperti and Associates from Al Lamperti in 2005. Today, the company is known as Lamperti Contracting and Design.
Sean takes immense pride in his work, consistently striving to create top-quality projects. His commitment to professionalism and integrity has elevated the design-build experience to a new standard of luxury. He is deeply involved in all facets of the business, from client interactions and consultations to overseeing construction through completion. A dedicated family man, Sean is happily married to Jennifer Kelly and is excited about mentoring his son, Michael Kelly, as the next leader of
Lamperti Contracting and Design.

Michael Kelly joined Lamperti Contracting & Design in 2012, bringing his enthusiasm for the family-owned business and construction experience. Today, he holds the title of Construction Project Manager. Michael’s specialty is providing full luxury renovations. His proven track record of delivering exceptional results is in part due to his quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
With extensive experience in construction, he excels in project management by meticulously overseeing every aspect of the renovation process to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with clients from initial concepts to final touches, Michael transforms their vision into reality with expert advice and creative solutions that enhance aesthetics and functionality. Known for his dedication to excellence and love for challenges and teamwork, Michael is a reliable partner for clients seeking unparalleled luxury renovations through Lamperti Contracting & Design.
Jennifer Kelly brings a dynamic blend of expertise to amplify Lamperti Contracting & Design’s marketing endeavors. With over twenty years of leadership in sales, marketing, and public relations within the wine and spirits realm, her journey as a certified sommelier and wine judge enriches Lamperti’s branding initiatives with innovative strategies and refined perspectives.
Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Lamperti Contracting & Design, Jennifer also serves as President of Sales and Marketing at Luxury Wine Partners and orchestrates the strategic marketing trajectory of both entities. She thrives on the challenge of marrying her construction endeavors with her wine industry background, infusing each project with a unique blend of authenticity and creativity.

Danielle Castrejon is a seasoned professional with over a decade of office management expertise. She joined Lamperti Contracting & Design in 2021. Danielle’s keen eye for organizational efficiency ensures that projects run smoothly from conception to completion. Whether streamlining administrative processes or coordinating schedules, she maintains high productivity while fostering a positive work environment. Danielle is committed to fostering a positive work
culture. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective internal and client communication.
Danielle’s passion for design, cultivated at the Hallmark Institute of Photography, enriches her contributions to the team. Outside work, she indulges her love for animals, particularly her cherished Scottish Fold cat. Danielle’s dedication and infectious positivity make her an invaluable asset to our team, consistently driving office productivity with a smile.
Kylie Rankin embodies a fucion of applied expertise and formal education as a residential kitchen and bath designer. With meticulas attention to detail and an in-depth grasp of space plannning, cabinet design, and color consulting nuances, she excels in creating kitchens and baths that flawlessly integrate functionality with aesthetic appeal.

As a Sacramento State University Interior Architecture graduate, Kylie’s expertise extends beyond design aesthetics to project management, product procurement, and comprehensive design consultation. Back in 1965, Al Lamperti launched the very first cabinet showroom in Marin County, California, under the name Kitchen Craft of Marin. This showroom quickly evolved into Lamperti Associates. During this period, Lamperti garnered a stellar reputation for being the county’s go-to destination for cabinetry and remodeling needs. They were known for their top-notch professional design services and high-quality cabinetry.
Fast forward to 2005, Sean Kelly took over the company, which is now called Lamperti Contracting and Design.
