We are seeking a full-time Residential Interior Designer with a minimum of 4-10 years of
experience to join our award-winning, integrated design/build construction firm. The ideal
candidate has exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, is meticulous with details
and enjoys collaborating in a team environment. They will also work independently with
confidence, have a passion for design excellence, great leadership qualities and excellent
communication skills.
Candidate will work directly with clients, design principals and a core team of manager and
project leaders.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure
Develop and coordinate design concepts and functional requirements of a project from
initial meeting through construction completion.
● Perform Design Development including detailed plans and development of interior
architecture – Draft kitchen layouts, bath, floor plans, elevations, and renderings in
Auto Cad, 2020 or other software.
● Manage and follow up on progress of work throughout all phases of design,
construction, and final installation.
● Initial client meeting, site measuring, and project documentation
● Collaborate with the architectural team, assist with construction documents, and finish
schedules.
● Create detailed interior elevations, millwork and cabinetry details, fixture, and finish
specifications.
● Perform construction administration including reviewing submittals (creating shop
drawings, receiving product data, and samples), oversee on-site installation of fixtures
and finishes, and coordinate with Project Manager and Site Supervisor to ensure overall
design intent execution.
Meet with clients and consultants; travel to and from job sites, vendors and showrooms
as required.
● Create client presentations, including detailed tear sheets, mood boards, and finishes
presentations.

● Bachelor’s (Preferred) or equivalent Work Experience (4 plus years).
● Auto Cad / 2020 Design: 4+ years (Preferred)
● Interior Design: 3+ years (Required)
