We are seeking a full-time Residential Interior Designer with 4–10 years of professional experience to join our award-winning, integrated design/build firm. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong passion for design excellence. Experience in kitchen and bathroom design, custom cabinetry, and space planning is highly preferred.
This role is best suited for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates confidently with clients and project partners, and can also work independently with sound judgment and leadership. You will work directly with clients, the design principals, and our core team of managers and project leaders across a diverse portfolio of residential projects.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and commission structure.
