Sean Kelly, the owner and operator of Lamperti Contracting and Design, embarked on his construction journey in 1987. By 1990, he obtained his California State Contractor’s License and established Elite Builders Contracting Services in Marin County. In 2005, he seized the chance to acquire Lamperti and Associates from Al Lamperti, ushering in a new era for the business, which is now known as Lamperti Contracting and Design.
Sean takes great pride in his work and is unwavering in his commitment to delivering truly exceptional projects. His focus on professionalism, skillful craftsmanship, and integrity has transformed the design-build process into an experience marked by luxury and personalization. He is actively engaged in every step, from initial consultations and design meetings to supervising construction until the project’s completion.
Currently, Sean is enthusiastic about mentoring his son, Michael Kelly, as he prepares to lead the future of Lamperti Contracting and Design.

Michael Kelly joined Lamperti Contracting & Design in 2012, bringing his enthusiasm for the family-owned business and construction experience. Today, he holds the title of Construction Project Manager. Michael’s specialty is providing full luxury renovations. His proven track record of delivering exceptional results is in part due to his quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
With extensive experience in construction, he excels in project management by meticulously overseeing every aspect of the renovation process to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with clients from initial concepts to final touches, Michael transforms their vision into reality with expert advice and creative solutions that enhance aesthetics and functionality. Danielle Castrejon is a seasoned professional with over a decade of office management expertise. She joined Lamperti Contracting & Design in 2021. Outside work, she indulges her love for animals, particularly her cherished Scottish Fold cat.
